The hospitality, cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and high-level security — including elevator access only with a room key — were outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Amin for his warm and cheerful welcome. Truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at — I’d give it 6 stars if I could!

We liked everything about this hotel. I wouldn’t know where to start. Definitely the people worth all the praising, an amazing broadminded team, offering very naturally all the help you need, they give a peaceful vibe to the place, congratulations to everybody! Then it is the breakfast, absolutely excellent in every way: varied quality food, very fresh. The rooms are top comfortable, very clean.

The breakfast staff were amazing. Especially the service provided from Emilie on Sunday morning - she gave some great recommendations. Vilma was lovely at the front desk and Andrea is an amazing concierge! I would come back again too!

There is nothing not to like. The check in was very easy, we were on the 7th Floor, where the magic happens (dinner and fika). We arrived just in time for dinner and we had breaded turkey, with vegetables, some spreads, pepper and tomato soup, coffee and water. Every evening the dinner was very good, one day there was pork, potatoes and vegetables soup, and another we had fish and chips and fennel soup. The fika was ok, we had the same cake on 2 days and coffee. The breakfast was the best I have ever had, with everything you could possibly want, including raw honeycomb, fresh bluberries, salmon, lime and ginger shots. The room was big, with 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet, one with a bath. The shower was perfect, the room with the bath had floor heating and Rituals products. On our last day, we left our luggages there, we came to pick them up and asked if we could spend another our at the reception. They were very welcomming, they even invited us to have a coffee or a tea, while we were waiting to leave. All in all it is a really nice hotel.
