We were relocated by booking in this hotel because our booking had been cancelled by the host. So we were not expecting to stay here but we loved it. Very big room, huge beds, very confy and all very clean. The staff was very nice with us. the continental breakfast was delicious!

The customer service from the reception staff was exceptional, I loved the quiet and relaxed atmosphere in the lobby as well. Love the location - very central for us when going places and around Auckland! It was away from the main road but also easy to get to. Property always clean and presentable, and well maintained. Staff were amazing - very attentive and professional! Definitely booking again with La Quinta Ellerslie :)
