GermanyWonderful service, awesome view, very cosy and clean. Feels very exclusive when you wake up to snow capped mountains. Food was also very good. We were visited by cheeky Wekas and Keas!

Milford Sound
Carved out by glaciers during the ice age, this remote fjord was first discovered over 1,000 years ago by Maoris, who returned seasonally to collect the prized greenstone. The dramatic waterway runs 15 km inland from the Tasman Sea, bringing penguins, dolphins and seals. The sheer cliffs form 1,000-metre-tall peaks, often plunging waterfalls back down into the dark waters of the Sound.
