The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. We were initially allocated a room on the second floor. My wife would want a room on the ground floor and the reception staff was very helpful to reallocate us a ground floor unit. The parking lot is spacious and easy for parking.

The staff were amazing, I was waiting be paid to pay a deposit for room, paid the room rate, had travelled from Auckland and was exhausted, the lady was wonderful about it.
