If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

Amazing location right in the center of Lima. A bit of a hidden gem behind an unassuming small reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room were clean, well designed with ac sound proof windows.

Exceptional service both front desk and breakfast. Great location next to the heritage district. Breakfast room was bright and spacious with large selection of food. Venessa, in the dining room, was very attentive and we appreciated her departure gift. We look forward to staying again.
