I had booked a basic room and the room (incl. the bathroom) was huge. Super comfortable, great for business travellers. Quick wifi. Very good gym too, small but well equipped with the latest technogym treadmills and other equipment. Very close to town too, easy to get an uber.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff super helpful and the breakfast delicious. We arrived early at the hotel to drop off our luggage before the check-in and as the room was ready, the staff let us do an early check-in without any extra charge. The location is great - close to the main areas of the city so we were able to walk everywhere.

My mum and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel 32 Krakow Old Town at the beginning of December. Check in was smooth (our room was ready despite us arriving a little early) and we could go straight to our room. The reception staff were all helpful and friendly, sharing maps with us, recommendations of how to use local transport to the Salt Mine and making restaurant reservations on our behalf. Our room was a good temperature and a good size for two to share, beds were super comfy and we were at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Not sure how noisy the tram would be if our room was at the front. The hotel is really well located, a short walk in to the old town, near the castle and next to the bus and tram stops. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was also excellent a great selection of food, no matter what time we arrived to eat. Overall we were really impressed!
