Sauna was big surprice with very nice aroma terapy and frendly staff.

Clean and classy room. The breakfast was a buffet with various dishes of quality. The swimming pool and sauna were great as well. We were close to the Salt Mine (5 min by foot) and to the train station, which was very convenient to visit Kraków (20 min by train). Nice staff overall!

Friendly staff, clean & cosy rooms, gorgeous restaurant and the best, varied & freshest breakfast I've ever had (and I've been traveling quite a bit). City center is 10' with the tram (take 8 or 10), the station just a few meters from the hotel. Perfect spot!

The hotel is a very cozy, nice place to stay. Located super close to the Shrine of Divine Merci was a perfect location for us. The whole staff is very friendly and always seeking the ways to help.
