The hotel is very stylish, spacious, with excellent breakfasts. Located near the center, near the metro, near the river - it is impossible to find a better location. We enjoyed our stay there. There is only one inconvenient nuance - non-opening windows. Thanks to this, of course, the room is quiet, but still I wanted more fresh air.

Our first stay with the Raffles brand, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were truly outstanding—attentive, professional, and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Their warmth and dedication made a real difference in our stay. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail were close to perfect. Despite the minor breakfast issues, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting Warsaw!

The design of the hotel is amazing. Room is cozy and super clean. I loved the room service and the breakfast hall was just making me feel like in a nice movie :) I liked the staff service. I liked the coffee machine and the tea selection. The room is clean. very indeed.
