The room, the furniture, the windows that you could view from and sit on, the chairs, the beds, the curtesy earplugs, everything was great. What I liked the most, though, was the staff. Friendly from the first moment, they helped us greatly:) I'd love to stay there again, and the staff was half the reason:) Well done :)

Check in was smooth, room was spacious, clean, nice and there was a bathtub that made everything better.

The room with its high ceilings, duvet, lovely huge windows, and comfortable bed was a dream! The staff was delightful and knowledgeable. Breakfast had lots of choice and deliciously prepared!

The location was very close to all of the main squares and the tram to the train station. The room and beds were very warm and comfortable and we liked the addition of a fridge and safe. Sandra, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, informative, and so nice! The restaurant staff were also helpful. There is a bakery connected to the hotel that is a fantastic place to have a coffee/tea with excellent sandwiches and cakes. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent!!!
