The room was very clean and with a lot of space. They cleaned the room every day while we were away and made the beds. I asked for a different pillow and they brought me one the same day. It is not in the center of the town but you can get there by tram in 12 minutes ( 7 stops). The tram stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Italian restaurant Pino at the hotel is excellent and there are two more restaurants and coffee shop and bar which is very convenient. A plus is the huge gym and the swimming pool which you don't get easily in hotels in the center of the city.

The staff is lovely. They try to help you in any way they can. In this respect it is a ten. The hotel is new, it is impossible to find any fault with the facilities.
