To start with excellent reception by Andrea who took all the trouble to explain the facilities available in the hotel. She also guided me for visiting the sanctuary and getting around Close to the Sanctuary, walking distance from the bus terminal Very comfortable room with all facilities The only negative comment may be the room was quite compact but large got a single person Overall very pleased with everything Reception was exceptional with Andrea
