Location and convenience to Lisbon airport. By foot directly from the airport, 5mins walk with pedestrian crossings. We were transiting through to São Tomé & Príncipe and had to do a one night stop over in Lisbon after arriving from an evening flight and having to catch another the morning. Free Airport shuttle if you don’t want to walk and have a lot of baggage. Modern, stylish hotel, friendly/helpful staff. Quiet and comfortable room/bed. I loved the Rituals brand body-wash and moisturiser in the bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel has the kindest and most helpful staff I have ever seen. Welcome drinks, pizza available at 1 am, late check-out... hell, they even lent us a water boiler! You guys are amazing. Very comfortable hotel for short stays; some rooms have an ocean view! The building is within a (short) walkable distance from the Altice Arena and the Aquarium of Portugal, which is excellent if you're attending a concert in Lisboa.

The staff at reception were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast staff were really lovely and efficient. The breakfast spread was great; a wonderful variety of bread and pastries, warm food, fruits, cereals and juices. Dishes were quickly topped up when they got close to empty, the room was relaxing, the seats were comfortable. Our room was always perfectly clean when we returned in the afternoon. The location was great; close to many good restaurants, shopping mall, station, and the amazing aquarium.
