The hotel was really good and clean. The location was great and it was right next to the metro. Hotel upgraded our room class and our room was luxurious. The service was really good and our luggage was even carried to the room. The breakfast was a buffet and it was served to the tables. Food was delicious. I can recommend the hotel.

Everything was perfect. 🥰 The rooms and the whole hotel are beautiful. Everything is very clean and everywhere smells nice. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel staff was very, very, very friendly. 👍🏻 The location is excellent, we could walk almost everywhere. There are well-connected transports for further locations. Any possible recommendation for this hotel.

We loved every minute of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade, a free drink at the bar, and bottled water in our room. Our fourth-floor room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a minibar, kettle, and espresso machine, along with a generous supply of complimentary teas, coffees, and replenished water. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to the reception team, who were knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent guidance day and night. The only area for improvement would be the bar service. On one occasion, I was told there was no Grappa, only to find it myself. Another time, I ordered a specific type of Port from the menu but received a different one. A bit more training for the bar staff on available selections would make the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return!

My stay at Tings was exceptional. From the moment my sister and I arrived, we were impressed with the warm and welcoming manner of everyone who worked there, with a special mention to Ieva who became more like a friend with each passing day. The room we stayed in was very well thought out with storage and shelves to accommodate all of our belongings. Breakfast was a special treat every day, especially when the weather permitted us to eat in the courtyard. Thanks to all of the staff. I highly recommend Tings for anyone traveling to Lisbon.
