We were given a noisy room and they rectified it quickly and without complaint. They have a shuttle taking guests into the city centre but obviously only during the day so location is a minor negative. Restaurants are excellent.

This hotel is excellent! Location 10/10, next to the metro but in a quiet area. Staff 10/10, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness 10/10, daily cleaning of the room and bathroom. Breakfast 10/10, really good variety and quality. We stayed for 5 nights and we will definitely return!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. All the staff very kind. The breakfast was great and rooms were very clean. It is right next to a supermarket, and restaurants are close by. A special thank you to Louis and Carla, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The most important factor is the staff, friendly, helpful and professional, they took time to answer our multiple questions and requests. The location is excellent. Parking was safe and easy to access and affordable. Our room was always clean, one of the days it was cleaned two times.
