By far the best hotel I've ever been at. Since reception to my Check out I had a great honeymoon experience because this was an experience more than just accommodation. Katrina treat me and my wife as kings and we followed all her recommendations. Don't need to get out to get the to the MRT station. Really worth it!!!

Room was ideally located 1932 and we could view the Independence Firework right from our balcony. Restaurant variety was excellent. Mr Shameer first day impression and service at the buffet had been exceptional. Swimming pool was fantastic and it made kids forget about waterparks. I would surely reconsider booking this hotel for future trips.

Best time to go in the evening after 6:00PM and book online.

Best time to go in the evening after 6:00PM and book online. Do not miss the light show at 7:45PM and 8:45PM and the northern lights show using laser. Do not forget to take some flash enabled cameras as Marina bay sands will be litup in the night when up in the observatory deck.

Fantastic way to spend the day.

Fantastic way to spend the day. Beautiful during the day and absolutely stunning at night with the laser light show to music. Be sure to go into the dome so see the beautiful gardens there and it is a chance to get out of the hot sun into airconditioned wonder with waterfalls and so many levels of plants and sculptures to see. Loved our time there.

Very Large Crowds for the evening Light Shows ! The first one was better than the Second one. Worth seeing once, but oh so many people, and queues. Good luck getting a Taxi afterwards. better to use Subway trains.

Amazing place to visit.

Amazing place to visit. Modern, different, attractive for all kind of tourists. Loved every minute. In one part of the garden are flowers and vegies, and in another part rain forest. We bought tickets online.

The metro is far from the entrances, so you cannot use the metro with kids or elderly - unless the kids have a scooter. I would recommend you need about 2 hours for each of the venues e.g. 2 to 3 hours for cloud forest, another 2 to 3 hours for flower dome. The flower dome and cloud forest could do with more variety of flowers. The staging with different themes is nice. The vegetation is nice but repetitive. The people at the ticket area are not friendly - so don't expect much. Make sure you buy your tickets form their main website. The people receiving you at the various venues are friendly. Do not use your credit card on the open wifi - there are fraudsters. Happened twice to us on both our visits. We traced it back to their open wifi. The larger gardens are very well maintained, neat, beautifully kept. To enjoy these gardens go early - in Singapore it rains almost every afternoon. So you can enjoy the gardens in the morning, and head into shelter as you enjoy the Cloud Forest or Flower dome in the afternoon. The best and most memorable part of Gardens by the Bay is the Light Symphony. This is spectacular and a must see. The shows are at 7.45pm and 8.45pm every evening. But make sure you come with a blanket or mat to sit on the floor. It gets crowded.

Out of this world.

Out of this world. I think each and every big city should have similar urban forests. Amazing. I think one of the attractions was closed for maintenance when we were there. I will definitely visit this place again when I am there next time.

The location of the hotel was better than excellent. It is a short walk to Chinatown and the Chinatown MTR station. It is also a short walk in the opposite direction to Clark Quay. The hotel is fairly close to the Gardens by the Bay as well. The breakfast buffe was good value at S$15/head.

Beautifully refurbished room with great amenities. Ours had a stunning view over Gardens by the Bay. The gym is brand new, the infinity pool spectacular, and the breakfast excellent. The location couldn’t be more central, and the overall experience was outstanding.

The location was ideal, especially for accessing the subway system which is right next to the hotel - Gardens by the Bay only 2 stops away. Very modern, cool, hotel with comfortable beds and lovely staff. There is a pool at the hotel, but we only discovered it very late in our stay.

Excellent hotel for us to end a long overseas holiday in. Good views from the 19th floor. The room was not large, but it had all we needed, including a kettle, and a small fridge. The 24 hour service was very helpful as we had to check out very early to go to the airport. The hotel is a long walk to Gardens by the Bay, but after using the taxi to get to the attraction it was an interesting walk back. The hotel is amongst the old Singapore shops and houses, which was interesting.

Fantastic location, right next to beautiful China town and steps from the metro station - two stops to Gardens by the Bay and the Marina promenade. Clean, staff is very nice, especially enjoyed a conversation with the gentleman giving the tea ceremony.
