Our room was on the first floor, and we had access to the shared terrace and the square. We had lovely view and we could see the Christmas markets, but the room remained quiet.

Everything exceeded our expectations - staff impecably helpful and polite (including the best bartender ever), the room very cosy and warm, the lounge with fireplace, the intimate atmosphere of the bar, a plenty of options breakfast .... This place truly deserves the name of "boutique" hotel and it is in my.top 3 traveller experiences. I would line to come back in the nice city and in this perfect location.

1) The spaciousness of the room. We had a bedroom, a sitting room and a Kitchenette. Absolutely comfortable. 2) The lineage and the decora of the hotel is a class apart. Very soothing and pleasing to the discerning traveller like me. 3) The breakfast spread was excellent. The made to order eggs & Oatmeal/porridge with its variation was something I looked forward to every morning. The staff there were eager to cater to your needs, including my demand of hot milk. 4) The location of the hotel is great. Tram services just outside. Lidl, Bingo and Malina groceries just round the corner. Bakeries or Pekarna dotted all around. 5) I would like to highlight the enthusiastic staff at the reception desk especially, I and my wife want to thank Ms. Kristina Saraf Aslanyan who is a very proactive lady and understands the queries and concerns of a tourist. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable in the city with directions and recommendations to the best nearby affordable restaurants and sights to see.

Great but meals are very expensive with set menu and lack vegatarian/vegan options, you can pay £10 to go to the viewing area in same place and have burger and chips instead much cheaper though the food we did have was amazing and a real treat ,michelin star standard.
