Manager Mr. Sun and the rest of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is good, environment is cosy. Pool, gym and other facilities are also good. Restaurant had a large menu with reasonable prices. Laundry service is also good. I recommend the whole experience.

Bab Alhara is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. The staff are so friendly and helpful that they are definitely willing to make your stay unforgettable. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed my stay there. Abo Tarek, the owner of the hotel, is a really great owner, where he did his best to make sure that I enjoyed my visit to Patong, Phuket. Definitely will come back to this hotel for sure, I do recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

Walking distance from a lot of places like Baan Laimai Resort, Anona, Holiday Inn and other accommodations located in Patong. JungCeylon has a lot of Signature places like Swarovski, Tomi Hilfiger, Sketchers and others. Always busy. No need to dress up to the max, unless you’re thinking of dining by candle lights.

Great place for entertainment for the whole family.

Great place for entertainment for the whole family. Beautiful shops and displays, also smaller vendors. International food alternatives and food courts also. Many different levels of shops and all reasonably priced. Certainly worth the visit.

To me personally Jungceylon Mall has lost its sparkle.

To me personally Jungceylon Mall has lost its sparkle. Gone are the informal sellers in the basement area and other 100 baht. They painted the land mark original jung boat by the fountains white!!! Why oh why??? It now looks cheap. A lot of shops closed down obviously due to the effects of the covid restrictions. That "feeling" in Jungceylon is gone. It is just another mall with absolutely no "wow" factor anymore

Just spent Christmas & New year in Phuket, always visit the Irish Times , Australian Steak Restaurant, good be Italian, even has a cinema, unfortunately due to COVID it’s closed , hopefully open some time during 2022

The receptionist very friendly and helpful. Can speak english. They also provide towel if after you went to beach 7E near the corner about 1 min walking. Jungceylon Shopping Center & Bangla Walking Street about 15-20 min walking. Also easy to find halal food and many exchange money kiosk.
