My third time staying here and loved the washing machine in room and kitchenette. The big bathroom with bathtub makes for a relaxing time if you don't wish to use the pool. Big comfy bed and a seperate living / dining room to be able to do work in or explode your suitcase.

From the staff, to the room, to the location, really an exceptional stay, we couldn't pick better for our first time in Bangkok. The hotel is located near a busy area but tucked in a small side street, so it is nice and quiet, yet very well connected (bus and Skytrain stops are right around the corner). Room was spotlessly clean, spacious enough, bathroom included both a tub and a shower. Water and amenities were refilled every day. And last but not least - I can't underline enough how nice the staff was.

We picked this hotel as it's conveniently located closed to the shopping malls - 15-20min walk to get to central world. The room is small and with no window but we didn't mind it as the bed was very comfortable, room was clean and had everything we needed for 1 night stay. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful - they let us store our luggage for 8h during the day and also offered water up arrival. There are snacks available for the residents to take as well as a water fountain which we found very convenient. They offer free daily laundry which is incredible.

Dear all, if you are the first time in Bangkok - this hotels is for many reasons the best decision. But also for people with higher demands. Service, Staff, food/breakfast... very, very OK and all staff members very friendly. Siam Kempinski offers also a huge water and pool area. The best: You are direct connected to the best high Class shopping mall (Siam Paragon), with an amazing food, bar and shopping offer - great. Also Taxi costs, if you want to go somewhere will be arranged for you, the staff is explaining you the rules...and to the Taxidriver - 100% safety. We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and each visit has been a truly exceptional experience. Architecture and Functionality: The hotel boasts one of the best architectural designs we have encountered. It is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Breakfast: The breakfast offerings are extraordinary, with one of the most diverse selections we have seen globally. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines, including Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and European styles, all prepared to an exceptionally high standard. The Chef is clearly highly skilled and well-selected, ensuring every dish meets the highest culinary expectations. Staff and Service: The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, providing top-notch service throughout the stay. If you are seeking 'fabulous fakes' this is your go to in Bangkok. A Mulberry bag will set you back the grand sum of €80 as will LV / Chanel sunglasses - incredible items at a fraction of the 'real' price! Malls are not my thing but we spent our last day in Bangkok with a flying visit to the MBK - my husband went to the barbers on the top floor - fab hair & beard cut. We both got leg and foot massages there. We ate French pastries and had Kebabs on the ground floor. I picked up a bag and a few pairs of sunglasses. We hit the electronics floor and picked up some 'Apple' items. Go armed with pictures of the things you are looking for.
