Weighing scale at the lobby for luggages and super attention to detail as they surprised one of my guest with a birthday cake as they noted his birthday during check in. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The room had a great view to the city and it was very well equipped. The breakfast was amazing, i loved the japanese approach.
