Staff was WONDERFUL. So helpful, kind, and accommodating. They were always available to give us helpful tips and directions and even assisted us getting settled into an uber when we departed. The property itself is perfectly located. Just a minute walk from the bus stop and less than five minutes from the the Old Street. You feel like you're right in the heart of the neighborhood, but in a quiet and peaceful spot just away from the crowds. We chose a room with a sea view and it is exactly as beautiful as you've seen in photos. The room itself was a perfect size with a cool, industrial design. We were there on a particularly cold and rainy couple of days, but the bed was so warm and cozy to snuggle into. Breakfast was simple, well-balanced, and filling and our hostess was kind enough to make me something separate to accommodate a vegetarian diet. Be mindful that there are stairs, but nothing too taxing.

Lovely property - great views. Rooms lovely - breakfast wonderful lovely town - but best of all the staff we exceptional!

The location was excellent, right next to the old street but just enough so it wasn't noisy. The view from our balcony was of the mountains and sea which was beautiful. Rota is extremely helpful and friendly and on arrival presented us with a map and highlighted good places to eat and see. On our departure she gives two of the most delicious mandarin Oranges I've ever tasted. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Jiefun.

EVERYTHING!!! The host is very generous and the services is above the par! We were hungry that night and asked her is there any vegetarian food delivery that time but unfortunately no restaurants offered the services on that time. Concerned, she offered us to toast the bread and personally sent the bread to our room. When we want to pay, she said the bread was on the house. Despite of language barrier, she tried her very best to communicate with us and without fail and delivered the service excellently

The property is located right in the centre of the city, colse to all attractions and lot of restaurants. The property is very nicely decorated with characters from anime and cartoon as well as nice phrases. The room was widde and bight. The breakfast was hadnmade and absoletuly delicious. The owners are very nice and kind and always ready to help you with everything. We cannot wait to go back.
