Really clean, modern and well stocked with excellent in-room amenities. The service personnel at reception and lounge were exceptional. Location-wise, it is right at the doorstep of the main food street in ita shao. There is also complimentary entry to a big and clean indoor playground just around the corner.

Luxury hotel with pleasant atmosphere, beautiful design, and a great culinary experience. Very rich breakfast and dinner buffet. We loved the water world. We stayed in a Japanese style room with futton beds - this was unique.

Awesome! Great view of the Sun Moon Lake from balcony. Very clean, looks newly furbished. There is a tatami living room. Very convenient location. Cycling track, walking trials, large 7-11 shop and eateries along 20 minutes walk.
