Very friendly hotel and staff, great location beside the train station and free snack and diner on top of the breakfast. To be able to access washing machines and dryer for free in the facilities was extra.

The rooms are very clean. The receptionist was very nice and accommodated my late arrival due to a delayed train from Taipei, staying behind after her working hours to help. Overall, very nice place to stay in Hualien!

I would say it was a nice location because the area is quiet and peaceful. 7-ELEVEN beside the hotel which is super convenience for traveler. The room was quiet. Their breakfast was formidable! They served both Taiwanese congee, tea eggs as well as western food such as French fries and scrambled eggs. Comfortable and functional hotel with very helpful staff. Absolutely everything is at a prominent level. On one of the days parking was needed - no problem and it was provided free of charge.
