My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights, and we absolutely loved our stay. The staff was very friendly, and they do a lot to make your stay comfortable. The 17.30 snack, three drinks per person for free, and snacks and food. We liked the breakfast a lot. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We loved everything about it, and the location is just perfect. 5-minute walk down to Broadway.

Everyone was very helpful including Kim at them concierge desk, your front desk manger was great too and Carson at Valetbell was outstanding. My slide/partner had a facial and a 50 minute massage and both staff members were great! Your spa front desk member was very accommodating in make arrangements to change her spa schedule at the last minute when our schedule changed

Exceptional location, short walk to Bridgestone arena and heart of Broadway. We stayed in one bedroom apartment which is very spacious with big bedroom, and bathroom. Bed was soft but comfortable. Huge fridge/freezer in full equipped kitchen. But we missed kettle. Also huge washing machine and dryer in a bathroom. Pool was amazing as we had very hot weather so it was needed and refreshing. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. A nice walk to the strip and close to the Bridgestone arena but far enough away that it's not loud. The included breakfast is great! Lots to chose from hot and cold. Again the staff are so kind and helpful.

The property was extremely convenient and walking distance to Broadway, Country Music Museum and Bridgestone Arena. The complimentary breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff on the top floor were also super-friendly and accommodating. I cannot remember the lady’s name, but she learnt to make an Australian Lemon Lime and Bitters for me at level 30’s bar and it was PERFECT. And that sums up the staff - they always went out of their way for their guests and made sure everyone was happy.

Fantastic location, within an easy stroll to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and Ryman. Super comfy bed and very clean. Great bar/lounge area to relax at the end of a late night. Parking garage was a bonus!
