We arrived early and tired to the hotel, the staff did a great job of accommodating us and getting a room a little earlier, they were brilliant and we ended up with a really nice room. The location was perfect for the cruise terminals.

As soon as we arrived (which was late) we were greeted by an extremely lovely member of staff who had our room key ready and showed to our room within 5 minutes It was spotless and the rooms and facilities where lovely, we were only staying for one night but would absolutely consider longer the next time

The hotel is super clean, great location, the rooms are big and very well kept, and breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. Alec and Shaun in the valet service are super helpful and friendly! Marquan the bar tender was great. Fast and friendly service from him all weekend. If I return to Tampa I will for sure stay here again!

Wear good walking shoes, and sunscreen. Bring rain gear if you plan on the River Ride to stay dry and to keep your cameras and cell phones dry. The property is beautifully landscaped, and the shows are wonderful.

It should be closed entirely during Covid.

It should be closed entirely during Covid. What they offer now is way too limited for the full entrance fee that they charge. Other than the roller coasters, everything else, including food stations, was pretty much closed. We feel we were ripped off!

Seemed brand new, very clean, very large room with heaps of helpful things (desk, proper kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery etc). Very decent breakfast for the cost of the hotel. Lots of thoughtful items not experienced at other hotels in Florida e.g. newspaper, board games
