I can't say enough good things about staying at Staypineapple Chicago. We arrived early, were allowed to check in right away. The room was hands down the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in! The architectural aspects of this hotel are stunning. The ceilings are high and the windows are large and the view from the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Free water bottles. Nice cosy gym. Count on this being our hotel in Chicago.

The location is excellent, right across from Grant Park and close to everything downtown. We walked to most places, including restaurants and the lakefront. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was decent for the price.

The room was clean and functional with a very comfortable bed. I was never too hot or too cold in the room but the window system was a bit noisy. The location is fabulous - within walking distance of many restaurants, Grant Park, and State Street's shopping district.

Nice spacious and clean room with luxurious look. Room had all basic amenities. Best thing is the location which is very close to Grant park and in main downtown. I stayed there for Chicago Marathon, both start and finish lines were very close. Very close to the train station and many shopping places.

Great spot right in the heart of the city, close to Millennium Park, the Riverwalk, and Grant Park. The vibe is awesome, the rooms are on the smaller size but very comfy, and the staff are really friendly. There’s plenty of space to relax or get some work done, and check-in/check-out is a breeze. Overall, a total gem if you want to be in the heart of Chicago!

Excellent location just off Grant park, for Chicago Marathon! Comfy beds, clean toilets, cooking and dining facilities, strong free wifi, lockers, secure, pasta night before the marathon, sendoff of apples and bananas and lmnt electrolytes prior to race! Awesome pricing!

The location of this property to Grant Park and all Chicago marathon related activities was absolutely extraordinary. Easy access to public transportation and ride shares was great. The room sizes were huge and offered so much space to spread out for our family with all of our marathon gear.

Loved the location. Although the hotel was kind of funky and very dated it was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and our room had a nice view of Grant Park. There is a lovely bakery and a restaurant adjacent to the lobby so you didn't have to go outside. Staff was very nice and helpful.
