It was clean and comfortable in the middle of downtown close to everything you wanna see. The receptionist at night was extremely helpful and friendly and I would give her alone 5 stars for everything she had to do when I checked in late and there was a few issues with the rooms. So give her a raise, she did great. 😉

Perfect location for me at the time. The room was exceptionally good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I did enjoy food from the onsite cafe. I just cannot fault this hotel at all and I have stayed in many around the world. If I return to Houston at any time, I will definitely stay there again.
