The location, facilities, and staff were all exceptional. A highly recommended hotel for your next trip to New York. The staff was incredible. They directed us to a store we needed to stop at and even checked how much time we had left to get there before they closed. We also left a pair of headphones in the room and they had them put aside and ready for us when we returned.
