Front office manager Joyce Chin were very helpful and friendly . We have a beautiful room with view and felt very comfortable during our stay.The neighborhood is well connected to Boston and at the same time you have a bit of peace within Boston . Exceptional hotel, by all means. Very well located in the middle of everything (shops, restaurants and cafés) The staff are very supportive and friendly.
