Location, location, location! San Carlos Hotel is near to everything! The staff was amazing! They were always welcoming and willing to assist with our every need. What I loved most was that we had a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Will definitely return!

If you're going there to board a cruise do yourself a favor...

If you're going there to board a cruise do yourself a favor & go later in the day like 2pm otherwise you are going to wait in line for 2 hours. they are so disorganized at this port, it was not a good experience.
