The hotel just has a fabulous location. It was great to be in NYC during the Thanksgiving holiday and be just a block from Saks Fifth Ave, a block from the parade and walking distance to many attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind with excellent service, too. The only improvement ı can think of is complimentary coffee at the lıbby in the morning for those who do not have access to the Owners’ lounge.

Great central location but away from hectic city center and 2mins from central park. The room was spacious, well cleaned everyday. Soft towels, good toiletries and a great shower. Nice linen on a really comfy super king size bed. The room temperature was great even though the temperature in New York fluctuated a lot while we were there. There is no bar or restaurant on site but lots of places to eat and drink on the same street as the hotel.

The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Expensive if you buy anything but free to look.

Expensive if you buy anything but free to look. We had lunch upstairs in the restaurant it cost $290 with a tip but was worth every penny. Champagne and sparkling water to drink with Veal chop, mushroom sauce, French fries and Green salad. Friendly service. We were in good heaven because it was cooked so nicely.
