the hotel is super central and located in downtown LA, with many amenities and transports close by. even though the restrooms are shared, they were extremely clean and there wasn’t any noise coming from the other guests at night. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely repeat next time I’m in town!

A hotel that has got the basics right and provides a comfortable and great experience for their guests! I arrived at 10 am and was able to check in early, as there were rooms available! (great customer experience) , the room is clean with a super comfy bed and pillows (with the options of hard and soft pillows) and blinds that completely block out the sun light! not to mention, the rooms are sound proof too!! the mood-lighting truly helps you relax and unwind. I loved the high-tech and seamless check in process and the iPad to control the temp / lights in the room. the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. the location is great too, as it is very close to the broad gallery, perch roof top bar and other great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting L.A.!!
