My husband has Parkinson's Disease and I asked in advance for an accessible room. Upon arrival, we had already been assigned an accessible room. It was beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast was good both days. The staff was very attentive. My husband fell getting on the elevator on Wednesday, November 26th and Elena (desk clerk?) ran to his assistance and helped him to his feet. She was wonderful and very attentive and concerned. I would definitely recommend this hotel and not hesitate to stay there again if we're ever in Chicago again. Special thank you to Elena. I wish I'd gotten her last name.

Lovely building, nice sized room, overall very clean. The staff were also kind, and the parking lot worked out great. Easy walking distance (15 mins) to restaurants as well as to the United Center.

This is my favorite hotel. I wish it was everywhere lol. I love the location. The beds are comfy especially the pillows. The balcony is wonderful to open on a beautiful day . It is close to the united center and across the street from Stan’s donuts and a grocery store, and super close to Walgreens. The parking garage is right next to it and is not available to the public. Just the hotel and adjacent apartments. Also you will never find a better hard working staff! The service is outstanding!!

Such a clean, cute hotel!! The staff was always very friendly and answered any questions. We went to a show at the United Center, which was walking distance from the hotel. We were also able to easily find street parking near the hotel.

Perfect locations for our stay. We went to a concert at the United Center. Bed was very comfortable and loved having the small kitchen, which is bigger than in a standard hotel.

The QPR is unbeatable for Chicago and coupled with its proximity to the United Center for concerts or games it can't be beat. Easy walking distance to direct bus lines into the city proper as well as to Union Station. Very cute, but ample breakfast bar and free afternoon cookies. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Close to some good local Mexican restaurants and sports bars. Spent three nights here.
