Location was best in class. Also the rooms were great and the service was okey. But again, the location is perfect to live just Music City Center and bars in downtown.

Everyone was very helpful including Kim at them concierge desk, your front desk manger was great too and Carson at Valetbell was outstanding. My slide/partner had a facial and a 50 minute massage and both staff members were great! Your spa front desk member was very accommodating in make arrangements to change her spa schedule at the last minute when our schedule changed
