Good communication prior to arrival, they arranged a car to pick us up from Hue. The shuttle bus into Hoi An was helpful. Lovely helpful and friendly staff. They were able to arrange a half day trip to My Son at a competetive price. To end, an airport transfer was included.

Everything was perfect, the staff was excellent, especially Helen who helped me a lot,and was really kind. The room was spacious, clean and modern.

The staff and hotel were perfect. The breakfast was also really good! We didn’t have chance to make use of the pool or gym but they also looked great. The staff were very helpful with suggesting restaurants / activities and providing airport transfer for us.
