SwedenThe staff was very helpful. They arranged to add a vegetarian meal for me and my husband as there are no many vegetarian options in the restaurant. Also, they arranged a cake for my husband because it was his birthday. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay in the hotel again. They made our stay an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and I was surprised to see that the bathtub and shower use hot spring water. The view from the balcony was stunning. The bad was very comfortable. The whole experience at the hotel was wonderful, very relaxing, and enjoyable.

GermanyLooks super new, is clean, everything is working, water pressure the highest I've seen in Vietnam. Staff was friendly but didn't speak English. Price was great for a good sized room. Probably cleanest and most modern one ive stayed at in the last few years.

It is just beautiful.
It is just beautiful. The day we were there it was misty, can only see one hand, we wait also 2hours to be able to see both hand. There are actually 4 cable cars station, each 1st to Golden bridge, the last on to European city, basically Baja hill into 4 section dispersing the crowd. That day on the 1st and the 4th cable cars were operating. 4th car ride has beautiful waterfall view.

If you're doing a day trip, come early or stay back after 5...
If you're doing a day trip, come early or stay back after 5 PM to get a better view with fewer crowds. It's worth staying overnight at the Mercure, as hotel guests have exclusive access to the bridge from as early as 6 AM. Weather can be tricky with clouds reducing visibility, but you can get lucky as we did and the weather clears briefly.

Check, check and check the weather before going. We have been twice and while the weather in Da Nang was nice, both visits were wet and foggy. That meant half of the attractions were closed. On a nice day it would be great, although still pricey.

Ba Na Hills is a beautiful place to visit.
Ba Na Hills is a beautiful place to visit. The crowds are huge, so to get the best opportunity on the Golden Bridge stay at the Mercure Hotel and you'll have opportunities to visit the Golden Bridge early in the morning and later in the afternoons before the crowds come/leave that are on a day trip to Ba Na Hills"

Go in the early morning if you don't want to be surrounded...
Go in the early morning if you don't want to be surrounded by 500 other tourists taking pictures of the bridge.
If you're into fake French castles, you're good, but otherwise, try to get a tour to Ba Na hills without the theme park.

Amazing! So much fun for all ages. Amazing views.
Amazing! So much fun for all ages. Amazing views. Golden Bridge is fantastic. Only can be their by cable car. Trip up to the top in cable car is great and you can see all the Ba Na bills and great views.
Mindful of you are scared of heights as it’s the only way up or down the mountain. Definitely a must see if you visit Hoi An or Da Nang!
