Location was fantastic. Walking distance to most places and easy for grab or red bus and electric car if you don't want to walk like us. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We arrived late and didn't bother us for payment etc.. asked us to rest and settle next day. Breakfast was very good and staff were amazing. A very good hotel in hanoi. I will definitely return.
