We had four memorable nights at this hotel. Our room was clean, it had a great air con and it was tucked away behind the busiest part of the Old Quarter. We are so thankful for the incredible staff. Grace was amazing, we really appreciated her throughout our stay. I had a little communication problem with a local tour and was quite concerned, Grace reached out to the travel agency and half an hour later everything was solved. She also made great local food and site recommendations. Also special thanks to Justin and Tracy.

If you're reading this review, go ahead and book this place without a second thought. Loved everything about this place. This is located in the heart of the bustling Hanoi market area with access to everything you need. The staff, particularly Lily, were amazing. We planned to stay one night, but ended up spending three nights. We booked a day tour to Ninh binh with their help. In fact, we were traveling to Da Nang after Hanoi and Lily helped us book a highly customised tour in Da Nang for Bana Hills which saved us a lot of time and travel. While we were checking out, they gifted us a cute Vietnamese couple magnet set which we thought was a very heart warming gesture. Whenever we come back to Hanoi again, we know where we'll be staying :)

The location is great! Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Especially I would like to thank Jen! She was very helpful with advice and organising our transfers. The drivers and cars were great! Massage in their Spa was one of the best I had! Highly recommend this hotel to stay in Old Quarter!
