Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and many shops/restaurants. Clean and quiet rooms (can only hear people in the corridor but minimal noise overall). Delicious breakfast with a great selection and made to order pho or eggs! Very good value for the price.

Room: good size, comfy bed, clean, nice decor Location: really good. got the airport bus to and from the hotel and the bus stop was a 3 min walk away - also about 10 mins walk to the night market and other nice restaurants Staff: so friendly and helpful!
