I got the room with direct pool access. I love that the rooms have privacy. I never have to worry about other rooms peering into mine. The buffet breakfast spread was also very nicely balanced and I love that there is always a staple of Vietnamese noodles and dimsum but everyday was a different type. Staff were very friendly from my check-in to check-out. Very proactive and helpful.

It was raining throughout our vacation, yet despite this (and despite not being able to use the amazing pool) we had a great time! The room itself was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the afternoon tea was nice as well. The staff was both friendly and professional. The best thing in my opinion though was the hotel gym, which was the best hotel gym I have ever been to.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I came here after reading so many reviews and complains about other hotels in the area not being clean so i was a little skeptical, but the cleanliness was exceptional at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast buffet served a variety of local and international food. Fresh fruits were served every morning which made me really happy. We also dined at the hotel restaurant and the food was fantastic. Now, onto the accommodations. Our room was spacious, and the storage space was more than generous, making it easy to keep things organized. The bathroom maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the attention to detail was commendable. Special shoutout to James and Tina – they ensured that all our requests were met in a timely manner also provided local tips and insights about the area. In a nutshell, this hotel offers a comprehensive package – cleanliness, attentive staff, delightful dining experiences, and comfortable accommodations.
