Laura and the team are absolutely amazing and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the view from our room was great.

This is the SWEETEST place ever! They gave me an early check-in, a free upgrade (without even asking for it!), a great price for a local sightseeing tour (less than half of what you’d find on Klook etc). The day I checked out, my train onward was late evening. They allowed me a shower and a nap on the couch to shave off some exhaustion from the excursions of the day.

The staff are so nice! A good breakfast (probably one of the best weve had in Vietnam), an amazing location - close to everything. We were upgraded to a room with a bathtub and the staff left us a really nice surprise in our room for our honeymoon :)
