We stayed at Acoustic during our trip in Vietnam. It was our home away from home in-between our trips to Halong Bay, Ha Giang and Ninh Binh. The staff is attentive and all of them are so kind. The rooms are cool and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We slept better here than in any other hotel we ever slept in which was also the reason we kept on coming back. We got a roomupgrade and also slept in the new building. The rooms here were more modern and spacious but we liked all the rooms. Breakfast is good so as is the gym and it's at a perfect central location.

exceptionally friendly stuff, amazing breakfast, quite location but in the middle of an Old city! would definitely go here again. we had to change a hotel because of extension of our trip, they even offered us to pay for a taxi to the different hotel! so sweet!
