The staff's attention was very good and attentive; they helped us with bus reservations, currency exchange, and getting a SIM card, which made the trip much easier. The room was very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning that was much appreciated for sleeping. Good breakfast and a very good location—close to the center but not in the noisiest areas, making it more peaceful. They also give you recommendations on where to eat and where to go. Totally recommended.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided helpful information about local recommendations. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed. My experience at Legend Hanoi was wonderful.
