The staff were amazingly attentive and friendly. The checkout was particularly good. We were able to have a shower when we returned to the hotel to collect our bags several hours after checking out.

We had a really nice time at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel! The room and the service were perfect, we felt very welcome. Everybody was so kind and friendly. The restaurant and the Spa were also so great! And the location is top, surrounded by good restaurants, Church , lake , cafes and many stores. Big recommendation!
