We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is very close to Old Quarter, so you can walk on foot, and the location is in a quiet nighbourhood, so we could get a proper sleep. Large variety of foods for breakfast. Mr Luke from reception was very helpful and provided great information about what to do in Hanoi

had a bad experience with a different hotel, so my family and i booked this one for a night. Location is very good in Old Quarter Hanoi, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was amazing, I had good conversations with two of them and was given recommendations for food and activities. The following morning, my family left for the airport before me and the staff made sure I was safe and taken care of (i’m a young female and my flight was later that evening). I hope to come back again! Thank you

I loved riding around west lake visiting obscure coffee...

I loved riding around west lake visiting obscure coffee shops, playing cards and board games with friends. A beautiful sunset over the lake is amazing to capture. Along with a visit to the local temple. You also can’t pass up a local coconut (Kem) ice cream 🍦.

Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far...

Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far between, we went there for lunch, found a nice mexican (of all things) and a nice park, a more authentic spot with markets but mainly is residential.

It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind...

It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind dealing with millions of scooters. First you stop at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and from there you have 15 minutes to get to the lake. You will walk through the very nice neighborhoods where most embassies seem to be located. There is a nice trail around the lake where you can observe local sport fishermen.

Staff were helpful as when we came into our property, there was a fly infestation. We were moved to another room which was nice as the rooms were non-refundable. The rooms were spacious. Located near some great places for coffee around the West Lake.

Close to all the sights, like Hoan Kiem Lake and local street markets. I spent evenings watching the sunset over West Lake and had a full-size fridge and basic cooking gear, which were very handy. Water heater needed a restart, but host helped quickly.

We had an amazing stay with Mercury central. The location is perfect...walking distance to train street, 4Ps pizza, West Lake and everything u wana experience in old quarters. They also arrange for ninh binh trip which was a very good experience. Special mention for Lina and all the other staff memberss - each one of them are extremely warm and helpful. Thanks for making our trip comfortable.
