If you want to enjoy very kind and authentic service, very, tidy rooms and a cozy atmosphere for a more than an acceptable price, this is the place to go. My husband and I stayed here the third time within one year and we felt very comfortable. A very big compliment to the stuff, who was unbelievably helpful to us whenever there was any concern or question. Whenever we come to Hanoi, this is the place we' ll stay! Besides, the street in front of the hotel was renewed and now it is much easier to access the hotel. ^^

I highly recommend the Omina Hotel! It’s a great little boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, convenient to lots of sight seeing and delicious food. The room was very nice and super clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The BEST part was the staff! Ruby helped us navigate old town, gave us recommendations for things to see in Hanoi, and helped us check on our transport to Halong bay when they didn’t show up. We will stay here again and will book all excursions and additional travel in Vietnam through Omina!

We had a great stay at the Golden Rooster. The location is ideal to visit old quarter and has a lot of great street food and cafes around. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable, and was quiet too. What made the experience so special was the staff of the hotel. Anna helped us organise many things, even before our stay (transfers, trip to Ha giang, bus for our next destinations, etc). They also recommended nice places for food that we loved to discover. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved riding around west lake visiting obscure coffee shops, playing cards and board games with friends. A beautiful sunset over the lake is amazing to capture. Along with a visit to the local temple. You also can’t pass up a local coconut (Kem) ice cream 🍦.

Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far between, we went there for lunch, found a nice mexican (of all things) and a nice park, a more authentic spot with markets but mainly is residential.

Fantastic location - equidistant to the Old Quarter and West Lake. Nicely situated to see all great monuments and government buildings nearby. A cozy and relaxed space to stay. Feels like an apartment home. Very peaceful and quiet within a bustling city.
