The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

This place is a gem amd what a lovely welcome we had. Conrad and his team are amazing, the rooms and the whole hotel is decorated with taste, the service is perfect and the breakfast is from heaven. Incredible staff, breakfast was amazing! Grounds were stunning and the hotel was so safe. Pools were either heated or cooled so perfect for smaller children. Great concierge with experienced recommendations of things to do and see.

Very welcoming staff especially Max the manager. Nothing too much trouble and really a home from home. We wished we had booked to stay longer and Franshoek in general is a delightful place.
