We had the most amazing stay at Kruger Gate Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this resort apart. The safari experience was out of this world! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made every moment unforgettable. We saw breathtaking wildlife up close, and the entire experience felt magical. The resort itself is stunning, with luxurious accommodations, delicious food, and beautiful views. Whether relaxing at the resort or exploring the wild, every moment was perfect. Very close to a Kruger park gate. Very safe area. Wonderful little studio with a very comfy bed. No loadshedding at all since they have an electric generator. Friendly staff ! And super little price for that nice place.

Langa Langa Tented Safari Camp with its safari drives into both Kruger and Sabi Sands is extremely value for money. It allowed us two different experiences - one from a short distance while on the road (Kruger) and upclose and personal with the animals (Sabi Sands). The tents were very comfortable, the spread of food provided daily was more than adequate with 3 meals provided a day in the price, the food was absolutely delicious. Langa Langa staff were all extremely kind, happy and hardworking - both in the camp and on safari. Jack, our Langa Langa guide who brought us into Kruger for safaris, and Jurie, our Sabi Sands guide who brought us into Sabi Sands for safaris, both went the extra mile to get us great sightings of the Big 5 (which we did!). We had an absolutely wonderful time at Langa Langa and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. (:

A fantastic location to see the wildlife of Africa. We saw 4 of the big 5 plus a Cheetah! Excellent Staff and Guides Wonderful meals and a very relaxing area by the pool overlooking the river.

The hospitality of every single person working at Shalati was amazing and felt genuine. The food and drink options were perfect and our game driver Mikhenso was a true professional. We have enjoyed ourselfs from start to finish.

We had an amazing three-night stay at Umkumbe bush Lodge. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. As there are only a few tents, they get to know your name and preferences and it feels like a home away from home. The accommodation is super clean, comfortable and exactly what you need for your visit. The common area had a wonderful pool and bar, where you can watch the wildlife pass by as you relax and unwind. The game drives start early in the morning, and it can be cold, but you are provided with warm fleece blankets as well as ponchos for when it rains. Both our guides (Pieter and Capps ) are very knowledgeable and good fun - they really look after us and engaged in conversation while on drives sharing their passion for the area. The coffee and drink stops were a highlight as well. We cannot rate this place highly enough and hope to return sometime in the future, l Thank you to everyone at Umkumbe for making this such a memorable experience and making us feel like more than just guests.
