MalaysiaThe staff were so accommodating, great responses prior to our trip via the messaging on Booking.com and so lovely when we arrived with doing what they could to get us checked in early. Particular shout out to Isabel (I think - from England?) who was on the reception most times when I popped in. They went above and beyond with arranging a little surprise in our room for my friend's birthday, and allowing us to park ahead of our check in time so we could walk down to Lake Louise. The thoughtful touches in the rooms, such as the granola bars and oatmeal, coffee machine with tea, plenty of towels, etc., made our stay feel very luxurious. It's in a beautiful location, so quiet, and feels like a lovely smaller place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Paradise Bungalows is an idyllic pittoreske and peaceful mountain resort. It is truly a treasure in the busy and touristic area of Lake Louise. It really exceeded our expectations. It will be a memory for a lifetime. Kudos to all the staff who were exceptionally kind and helpful. One of the best lodge experiences ever. Thank you Paradise Bungalows !!

The lodge was very clean and very comfortable. We love that the sheets were so fresh and new, towels as well. The bathtub was the cleanest one we have ever seen in any hotels or lodges. The bathroom was also very clean and proper. Staff were lovely and left a birthday card for our daughter. Thank you!
