These Casas are just amazing, a two minute walk to the beach. Waves can be heard at an ear shot and gives a calming effect. The shower is great and the beds are very confortable aswell. Easy access to the National Parks. To top it all off, "Nicole" the Casa Viva manager was adorable, she is helpful, has great ideas of where to go and what to do and she is just a call away. We had junior suite lodge and we loved stay there. For those who want to relax and get more connected with a nature. Comfortable big bed and comfortable pillows for a good sleep is important for me and i got it there. Nice terrace, professional stuff, incredible atmosphere, nice breakfast i am satisfied.

The lodge is beautifully located in a large, dense forest. Each house has in the front a porch with a sofa and hammock, a large living/sleeping area inside, and an enormously big bathroom with a shower. As the houses are open with no windows but anti-insect nets, so you live and sleep immersed in the jungle outside. The experience is outstanding! You can hear birds signing in the morning and howlers howling in the night ;) There are multiple paths you can walk around the property and spot different animals and birds. The beach can be easily accessed through the gate and across the street in 5 min. walk. Breakfast is served in the restaurant in the open air space and is a costarican variation of continental breakfast. It is tasty and plentiful. The staff is very helpful, proffesional and engaged, both at the front desk as in the restaurant.

Very nice and good equipped bungalow, nicely decorated, clean, with two huge beds, kitchen with all necessary tools. Bungalow has a terrace, situated between the trees and flowers with a table and chairs, were was so pleasant to sit, watching the variety of birds, listening to the monkeys' "songs". Friendly and helpful staff. 5-7 minutes walking to the sea, 3 min to the nearest bar. We really enjoyed!!

This place is wonderful, very reasonably priced. The casitas are cozy and simple, Caribbean-style. The staff was very friendly. The location is perfect, just steps from Playa Chiquita and minutes from Puerto Viejo and Cocles, but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, which gave us a lot of peace and happiness. In front of the casitas, we had the honor of seeing a hummingbird nesting, as well as many other species of birds and monkeys. There's also parking. We liked everything about it. If you're looking for a basic place surrounded by gardens and nature, this is your place.

What a beautiful and romantic place to stay. Felt like i'm back at MTV Cribs. Never stayed in an amazing place like that. So close to the water, in the middle of the jungle with a max of privacy. Higly recommended
