Lovely decor and very clean. Comfortable bed and the room had everything a hotel room would have and more.

The location is only 10 minutes from bournemouth and 15 from Christchurch. Plenty of buses. Easy access to the house and plenty of room in the communal area. a nice garden to relax in. Super clean, and bright and airy. Full access to the kitchen. Tea and coffee available. All appliances and a nice dining area in the kitchen. Very large. Parking in front.

Had a very nice stay at Paul's place. He was very kind and helpful as the check-in wasn't smooth. Luckily the communication was very easy and quick. We called him when we arrived and he solved everything with the holiday park's lovely Receptionist. The place is huge, clean and the bed is very comfortable. Also it was a great thing to get a parking place close to it. The reality inside the caravan is much better as you can see on the photos. I recommend it. Also it was a great thing to use all facilities in the park. To note: park facilities are not not included, but you could pay to use the swimming pools and the other facilities. Everything looks new and clean. Perfect place for a long weekend or one week or even more. Thanks a lot Paul, it was great to stay in your caravan with our kids.
